They will ask you questions based on the information you have given. Including why you have a gap in employment history, A few scenarios of how would you handle a given situation, and the curve was, at least for me, What would you expect of your Management in a crisis situation.
Very quick and easy, just your typical average interview. Nothing really much else to be said but apparently that's that. It's an interview, not really anything else beyond that. Didn't feel any way about it, neutral.
Submitted online application then had one-on-one interview with the manager. Chatted about availability and food safety knowledge. Also was asked about customer service knowledge. Heard back from the manager within a few days.

It went well. Smooth not too hard. There were two people. They asked me simple questions. Generic interview questions. Its walmart. If you work hard they will appreciate it. Just takes a while to advance.
