I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart in Apr 2014
Interview
The entire interview process took roughly thirty minutes and consisted of three interviews-the first by a department manager, the second by a zone manager, and the third and final one by the store manager. Each interviewer asked about three questions and sometimes they were repeated. It wasn't difficult. Example "Where do you see yourself in five years?" was one that all three asked me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Name a time when you had to assist a customer with an issue and explain the step by step process of the resolution." I only had trouble answering because I second guess myself all the time, but there aren't any true "curveball" questions.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walmart (Mississauga, ON)
Interview
Its very easy, just basic questions. One should know there strengths and be a good communicator. They will ask about your availability, communication style and how you resolve issues and work ethics
applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
