I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2012
Interview
It was a very short interview. They asked a few questions. In the end, they determined, I was not the best fit. They said the job was seasonal and I was specifically told over the phone it was full time. I wanted only full time.
Phone only interview, and did not want to meet in person after discussion with pay scale and salary expectations. Only asked about availability and working over time. Did not want a rotating schedule.
- 2 rounds of interviews, one with manager, then one with upper management.
-Questions were cut and dry, and mostly will ask about experience and flexibility.
-First round lasted about 30 minutes, second interview lasted around 45 minutes.
