Interview
They skipped another interviewee, who was late for her interview. I was interviewed by the Zone Manager for the front end and another manager that had nothing to do with the area I was applying for. They were not prepared, having to collect the paper work needed to ask me the questions to assess my character

Question 1
Name a time that you solved a problem either at work or at school? What did you do? What were the lasting effects of your solution?
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
