JOB PROFILE: PREFAB PRODUCTION LEVEL 3-5 PLUMBER
The Production Plumber (Level 3–5) is responsible for installing residential plumbing systems within US-Offsite’s modular construction manufacturing facility. This role performs plumbing rough-in, drain/waste/vent systems, water supply lines, fixture installation, testing, and final plumbing work while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and production efficiency.
Plumbers at this level work independently to complete assigned plumbing tasks and contribute to the successful completion of modular residential units. As experience increases from Level 3 through Level 5, team members demonstrate increased independence, technical expertise, and leadership by mentoring others and identifying opportunities to improve plumbing installation processes within the manufacturing environment.
