Job duties:
- Learn various insurance company websites, applications and insurance software.
- Become proficient in insurance price quoting and agency procedures, handling incoming quote calls and internet leads, building rapport with customers and problem solve, closing and completing sales and needed follow-up, setup and maintain online customer files.
Job Requirements:
- A Kentucky or Indiana P&C insurance license with ANY insurance office experience.
- Experience with EZLynx software is a HUGE plus!
- Minimum high school graduate, confident, teachable and friendly self-starter who listens well, compatible with co-workers, can work independently and has excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- NOT SHY and have a good personality, can talk to people other than just blurting out a price, be punctual, detail oriented, accurate, efficient, possess strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Good communication and computer skills including Windows PC, PDF, Outlook, WORD and other Microsoft Office products
Compensation- $45,000-$60,000 starting base salary depending upon qualifications and experience with comm/ bonuses and no chargebacks. PLUS, $1,000 HIRING BONUS AFTER FIRST 90 DAYS!! Paid vacation, sick time or PTO, health insurance stipend, Paid CE & license renewals.
