Seasonal Position with Potential Full Time Employment | Remote

Positions Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with an hour for lunch

What You'll Do

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools across the firm.
• Identify opportunities to automate administrative and legal workflows.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for document management, case organization, client communication, and internal processes.
• Integrate AI platforms with existing software and workflows.
• Create prompts, automations, and AI-assisted workflows using modern AI tools.
• Test new AI technologies and recommend practical applications for the firm.
• Train team members on newly implemented AI systems.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Junior or Senior undergraduate pursuing a degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong interest in generative AI and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with APIs, Python, JavaScript, low-code/no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
• Curious, innovative, and eager to experiment with new technologies.
