Worst interview experience (by a wide margin) in my life.
Around 3 weeks after applying for the role, I received a notification from a generic mailbox informing me that I was moving to the next step of the process and asked me to provide multiple availabilities to schedule the first interview.
What followed was a terrible experience (at some point, I even thought that all that was a scam or just someone making fun of me):
- the same generic mailbox kept replying that none of the time slots were available on their side (although I provided with an extremely large variety of them) and asked to submit new ones
- which I did...again and again and again...until the 40th email exchange (I'm not joking) after which I refused to continue this never-ending process (it took around 3 weeks overall)
Then, I suddenly got contacted by a recruiter directly who organized very quickly my interview.
The interviewer was a fresh joiner in the company (< 2 months) in a Tech role (not from HR), was quite pleasant and professional during the call, asked very vague behavioral questions.
He seemed to be satisfied with the answers, explained in details the next steps (all the next rounds, etc.).
Then, I got a refusal on the next day.
Overall, very bad experience from my side. I don't understand how they operate, it seems to be completely disorganized.
