After the application, I was contacted for a first phone screen interview before a second phone screen interviews and written answers to questions, which I believe were as a writing test.
I had a number of email and phone conversations with the recruiters over this period and leading up to the interview loop to discuss how the process would unfold and logistics of the role ie. location, and eventually compensation expectations as well. I was encouraged throughout the process to get in touch if I had any questions and they were good at responding in a timely and helpful way.
The last stage of the process was the interview loop, a day of 6 virtual interviews individually with the Hiring Manager and 5 other current employees. Three days later I had a brief final interview virtually with the senior leader of the team before again speaking with the Hiring Manager and receiving an informal offer soon after, then a formal offer in writing after that.
