Amazon Graduate Process Analyst interview questions

Online application, then 2 online tests, then a telephone interview, then a video interview with 3 senior members (3 separate calls - about 30-45 mins each). The interview was too long, they really need to reduce it to 1 hour at least. Telephone interview was pretty easy, asked about my previous experiences etc. Video interview was okay, some difficult questions, mainly had to focus on their principles and STAR method. This was a graduate appropriate role so wasn't sure why they asked some questions, graduates aren't meant to have a lot of experience, but also feel like they were looking for someone who had so much experience . Got to the final stage and they declined me with no feedback even though the process took so long - disappointing.
