Interview
The interview process went very well. Although the expectations are high and you will need to work beforehand in order to come prepared at the interview, I appreciate the short timeline and all the help and support I had from AWS HR throughout the hiring process. I also appreciate that they are really looking for a "cultural fit" that will allow you to be up and running later on

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.
