Hiring at Amazon is a bit lengthy process and it would take around 2-4 months to finally get an offer.

1st - Technical (Telephonic)
- Almost everything related to RICE.
- Form Triggers , PL/SQL Collections / Open Interfaces
2nd - Manager (Telephonic)
- AIM , Different project implementation methodologies , Most difficult deliverable you did? etc.
If you clear the above 2 successfully then you will have face to face rounds
Face to Face Round (Video Conference in my case with US folks) -
3rd - Technical (XML Publisher / Payables Functional / Multi Org) + bar-raisers
4th - Technical (SLA / P2P / O2C)
5th - Technical (GL)
6th - Technical (Performance Tunning / Debugging)
7th - Manager (General Leadership Qualities)

8th - Leadership (Telephonic)
9th - HR - Offer Related (Telephonic)
