Amazon QA Manager interview questions

I got an email from recruiter and then scheduled an interview for the role. Pretty straight forward. Interviewer arrived 10 mins late apologized and asked me 2 behavioral questions . If you are planning for the interview practice a lots of behavioral questions. I did not do well. However, Towards then end i asked the interviewer what are you doing to make sure people are taken care of specially now with COVID. I was not satisfied with the answer. It seemed like i asked him something which they never ever discussed ( Management in my last company spent significant time trying to come up with ideas to support employees through these tough times.), I am sure working for amazon would be satisfying but i don't think they really care for their employees.

First round - 45 mins The process went as follows: 1. Interviewer joined. 2. Interviewer did not introduce himself neither he allowed me to. 3. Interview starts.. The interviewer tells that you have to answer to the point. Don't try to goof up. (Candidates may get scared when you hear that :) ) 4. 5-6 scenario-based questions asked one after the other as if he had the checklist and that he had to complete that. 5. Allowed to me talk for some-time to ask if there are any doubts. 6. After 2 days.. mail comes that I have been rejected :( I have no idea on the evaluation what went wrong. Maybe I had the abilities but didn't fit in their principles.
