I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Express (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Nov 2015
Interview
Interview was taken by all directors, they interviewed me face to face, and asked questions related to my job profile, I was also asked to describe the challenges that I face in my work life and the no. of people I am handling and how do I go about work everyday.
The interview process was smooth and swift. It's just the fact that I got ghosted. They said they would notify me in a week if I got a second interview, and the following week, they said they hoped to have someone picked. It's been four weeks, and I have heard nothing. I even emailed them and still didn't receive a response.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Express (New York, NY) in Sep 2025
Interview
I only made it through the initial phone screening. I was very excited since AMEX is known for great work life balance. My interviewer was a former EA who gleamed about flexibility within the company and the HR Team.
