Boeing Software Engineer - Autonomous Systems interview questions

Their internal recruiter contacted me on linkedIn and setup the interviews. I had 3 stages of 1 hour interviews (which went over the hour mark a couple of times) using webex. The questions were not hard, a lot of behavioural based questions and the last interview had technical questions which were pretty straight forward too. They chose to not given me an offer saying their requirements had changed and they needed someone with more defence experience. What a waste of time, they knew from the start that I had very limited defence exp. and yet put me through 3+ hours of non-sense questioning? What were they hoping that in the 2 months it took to arrange all the interviews, I will gain the defence experience or something? The other feedback was that my experience was "vague"?!?! whatever the **** that means. all in all, a complete waste of time. I would advise not to apply for a software engineer role here especially if it is for their defence section.
