A simple job interview in blue (A2) and English (B2.2). Then an invitation to a technical test and then an interview in the office. Nothing difficult, recruiting is simple. I recommend it to people who want to start a career in programming

It went great. The interviewer explained the whole Capgemini Group and its job. We had about 20 minutes of presentation, and then we went to technical questions & live coding. This lasted for about an hour.
Applied via online portal, received interview link for 3+ years Java Developer role. Process included technical screening, coding rounds on Java/Spring, system design, managerial discussion, and HR round covering fit and salary, leading to final offer and onboarding
