I applied online. Follow through by a coding challenge which is pretty easy. After that, a recruiter contacted and asked behavioral questions. Following that is a technical interview where they asked core Java questions. You have to showcase one of your project and talk about it.

It went great. The interviewer explained the whole Capgemini Group and its job. We had about 20 minutes of presentation, and then we went to technical questions & live coding. This lasted for about an hour.
