I applied online. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Aug 2021
Interview
It was simple and easy to crack the interview if you have little hands on experience on Devops tools like AWS, Dockers, Jenkins, Git etc. They ask general questions on this topics.
Generic rejection via email 4 weeks after second interview. Total time from application to rejection was 8 weeks. Kind of disrespectful to not even write an email an list reasons why.
A very transparent process Two technical rounds both taken by capegemini. Relevant to the role applied. Would you have been been if I had received the screening call for the process
Multiple stages - First main interview went very well, the interviewers were friendly and asked basic technical Qs and requested examples of where you have implemented solutions or how you have mitigated problems. The next stage was all over the place. There were two interviewers and only one did the talking, they kept interrupting when I was giving examples and did not give me the opportunity to answer the Qs extensively thus, preventing me from conveying my knowledge as fully as I would like.
