Interview
Started off with introductions from a partner and some associates about what the graduate program is like. Then did a small group work (1 intern, 2 grads) where we had to come up with a solution for a fictional business scenario. Then had a tour of the office. Lastly did the personal interview w an HR and a Tax partner. Was very conversational, asked you questions then gave their views on the question.

They hosted a Pre interview event / social where you meet current staff and interviewers, followed by one round of interview which lasted around 30 minutes. You are told tbe outcome on the same day.

Standard. Co mp te ncy questions and motiv rational as well as situational. Nothing ynexpected - the traditional. Very orderly and structured - not conversational. Prep the usual, have examples from CV, and learn some key facts about the firm.
