I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Kuala Lumpur) in May 2025
Interview
The online assessment consisted of two main parts. The first was a cognitive section with some numerical questions — quite straightforward, as long as you avoid careless mistakes. The second was a video-recorded interview, which I believe is the crucial part that determines whether you pass the overall assessment. This part asked 2/3 ques like why EY.
Online assessment followed by a manager interview. The interview was mostly behavioral and based on my resume, with a few industry-awareness questions, and the manager was nice. Received an offer 3 weeks later.
It’s a two part interview. First is behavioral with a manager where they ask simple questions. Second is a case study with a different manager. Overall not very hard but be very enthusiastic and over communicate
