Interview
The SIP interview process was welcoming and comforting to the students applying to the programme. They emphasised working in teams and taking initiative as a leader whilst working through case studies.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a one-on-one with a senior manager, focusing on background and experience. The final round was a panel interview with three team members covering technical and behavioral questions. Overall, the process was well-organized and straightforward.
