„Das Vorstellungsgespräch bei EY als Director im Consulting war ziemlich strukturiert, aber insgesamt sehr professionell und auf Augenhöhe. Zuerst hatte ich ein Gespräch mit HR, eher klassisch: Lebenslauf, Motivation, Cultural Fit. Danach ging’s in die Fachrunden mit Partnern und anderen Directors. Da wollten sie vor allem sehen, wie ich strategisch denke, wie ich Teams führe und mit Kunden umgehe. Es gab auch eine Case-Situation, bei der ich ein Projekt aus meiner Erfahrung schildern und meine Herangehensweise erklären sollte.

Simple, not technical. No depth in panel. They seemed pressed for time but very keen to hire. Is not as rigorous as other consulting firms such as McKinsey. Could not easily understand what sets them apart in the market
