I applied online and got video conference interview scheduled 4 weeks later. I was interviewed by 2 Sr PMs & an onsite UAT Manager. Overall experience was good. They are still interviewing a dozen other candidates so I won't know whether I'll be in for next round until 1 more week. I chose 1 of those first interview slots available. The interview lasted 1 hour with sharing overview about the project context, checking my experience and approach related to the context.
