I had approached the HR via email, received a call within a week and was scheduled for a 45min interview within 2 working days. This role was in the Sales(derivatives) vertical of the CIB. The interviewer was amicable, understanding and came from a strong academic background. Began with a basic introduction and then dived into the technical questions followed by fit questions. Overall, it was a great learning experience.
