Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Johnson Controls.

Interview

The Hiring and interview process was thorough and to the point. New employees were placed to that job that were the right fit. If that employee didn,t fit that position the were moved to a better fit of employment. Johnson Controls holds no punches. No Holds Barred Company. I would go back to work for Johnson Controls Battery Divison anyday

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Winston-Salem, NC) in February 2009.

    Interview

Interview is easy, it's just the area manager and a person that works in the area that you're interviewing for. Doesn't take long, about 10 minutes or so at the most, and there were no really "hard" questions, just general info mainly. It seems that unless something goes terribly wrong, if you get an interview you're basically hired.
