I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's
Interview
I appleid online and received an email three days later to schedule an interview. I arrived five minutes before my scheduled time and went to the employee at the customer service/online order pickup desk, who directed me towards the offices. The manager was very kind, first gave me an availability sheet to fill out. Then she explained the POS and Store Associate positions and asked me three questions. Then, she asked me if I had any preference between the two and asked if I had any questions. Took about 12 minutes.
She said I'd hear back within two days, followed by a background check, and a date to pick for an orientation.

Question 1
How do you feel about the statement, "The customer is always right"?
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
