I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Amherst, MA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Inquired at on campus booth, visited two company sponsored information sessions to sign up for interview, had on-campus interview with three store managers in one part, and a corporate recruiter in second part. Asked to retail store location for second interview which was a group interview (2 MIT's, 2 Interns). Did group simulation with all interviewees judged by 3 District Managers, single interviewer with recruiter, and dual-interview with two of the three district managers from group simulation. Received offer in under two weeks to train when I had completed schooling

Question 1
What role do you believe a large company like Kohl's should play in the community?
5-7 hour long interviews with recruiter or store manager. Pretty standard questions, really trying to see how much you can handle. Very direct but simple. Ask a lot of situational questions and behavior ones.

I got offered an interview for round 1 after a week of submitting my application. It was fairly easy and they answered most of my questions before I ever got to asked them. It was a nice experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
We finished quicker than expected, but overall it was a great experience. Just be yourself and have examples to talk about during the interview. You can also look up some practice questions and make answer to them to ease your nerves.
