Inquired at on campus booth, visited two company sponsored information sessions to sign up for interview, had on-campus interview with three store managers in one part, and a corporate recruiter in second part. Asked to retail store location for second interview which was a group interview (2 MIT's, 2 Interns). Did group simulation with all interviewees judged by 3 District Managers, single interviewer with recruiter, and dual-interview with two of the three district managers from group simulation. Received offer in under two weeks to train when I had completed schooling

What role do you believe a large company like Kohl's should play in the community?
5-7 hour long interviews with recruiter or store manager. Pretty standard questions, really trying to see how much you can handle. Very direct but simple. Ask a lot of situational questions and behavior ones.
