Met with them at a school career fair and then proceeded to have an interview. First part of the interview was pretty standard with just going over your resume. Was called back for a Final interview that was more intense and had you do a case study with other applicants. Make sure you try to stand out during this portion since managers are analyzing how you handle the case study.

I met with Kohls at an on campus career fair. I left a resume and stayed in contact with who I met at the career fair. I was offered an on campus interview the next week and just completed it. Very friendly atmosphere and looking for a student with more than a degree.

Interview
They interviewed in the Career Resource Center at the University of Florida. They had a store manager from the area come in and perform the interview. Asked pretty standard interview questions and no situational questions. I had to apply officially on their website which was annoying. Interview was about 35 minutes long.
