Kohl's Software Development Manager interview questions

Had applied online and was emailed by recruiter. After a short chat with the recruiter I was set up for a technical screen with a technical architect. The interview was mostly what i was doing in my current role. Nothing very technical really. I was definitely expecting another round as I felt I had not been really judged yet. 2 days later I emailed the recruiter and he said he had not talked to the architect yet. Finally 2 weeks later I get an email saying they have offered the job to someone else but there is another similar opening and if I was interested. I havent heard from the recruiter or anyone from kohls even after I replied that I was interested in the second position.
