Good overall, asked STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) questions and specifics on previous experiences. The interview was overall laid back and friendly and included a couple managers. Lasted about 45 min.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Jan 2023

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Dec 2022
Interview
I was interviewed virtually and was asked a series of behavioral and situational questions. I was also asked to elaborate on my prior work and school experiences. I wish the interview was not virtual, but still thought it was well organized.
