I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Macy's (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2014
Interview
It was brief, friendly, and casual. Dress in business casual, all black is a plus as that is the uniform. I was asked numerous hypothetical questions about how I would handle various situations that could come up if I worked there. I was also asked about my work history and why I was interested in working at Macy's.

Interview
Easy and quick. Super nice and just wanted to get it done right. I have had some pretty easy interviews but this one was one I really enjoyed which is crazy to say about an interview.
