I got an email to set up an interview over the phone and right before we ended the call she set another interview for the in person interview. I went in person and it took about 30 mins and i did a role play at the end. They said they will give me a call by the end of the week which they did.
A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
