The interview process was very thorough. In the end, I had 5 interviews before being hired. First, a phone interview with the recruiter. Next, an in person interview with the ebar manager, next, a phone interview with the district manager, then, another phone interview, this time with the regional manager, and, finally, one with the store manager in which the ebar was.
