I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Stryker (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Stryker while they are a very good and reputable company is very poor with their interview process. 5 steps is absolutely absurd to expect someone who is seeking employment while working a full time job to be able to accommodate. So they expect someone to take 5 days of work either off or partially off and possibly not even get the job? A phone interview then an in person, sales assessment, another in person and then out to corporate. It isn’t necessary and can drag on for weeks I’ve even spoken to others who it’s been months.
Very long and grueling process that can take months on end just for you to get a yes or a no whereas a lot of other med device companies have it simpler and way less turnover.
Lengthy process but worth jt. Prepare for Gallup interview as it is very long and can be difficult. Pass or fail. I know people that have failed and passed. Be ready and be quick with your answers.
