I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Spencerville, MD) in Jan 2025
Interview
pretty straight forward, the interview is fast and the supervisor asks very basic questions, nothing really to get ready for. i will say to come dressed to impress and be ready with respect to knowing your tools.
it was a short interview where they asked some questions and I talked about my self and my interests and goals and aspirations and what I would like to do in the future
Super easy , Basic questions barely waited anytime. The lady who interviewed me seemed really distracted and eager to hire someone new . Only asked basic hypotheticals and was hired on the spot
