I applied online, got a call back about 2 weeks later from the department manager, scheduled an interview the very next day and was offered the position right after the interview.
The whole process was very quick. They asked the easy and standard questions. The whole interview lasted at most 10 minutes. I was in high school when I interviewed and the store was in need of more employees.
You go into the back room, where freight is held, and wait for a manager to speak with you, it depends on the department. It may even be a personnel manager. It's nothing more than sitting in an office room.
