      You don't have to do much work. I only worked 8 hours a week

      Cons

      The leadership doesn't understand the basics of marketplace mechanics and is therefore making stupid decisions and are driving the stock price to the ground

      You can easily make $20 an hour working when you want.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unexpected slow times you count on and don't make your goal. Also have to get used to GPS and be proactive with directions
