Aetna General Management Development Program Associate interview questions

There were three rounds of interviews. The first was a one-way video interview in which you answer questions like why Aetna? The second round was a group video call with two associates from the program. They asked questions about your resume, previous work experience, and why you want to join the program. The last round was a phone call with the program director, which was nice and conversational, more about your fit with the company.
