Amazon AWS Operations Manager interview questions

The review process lasted 4 hours, with 2 face-to-face interviews and 3 video conference interviews. Casual discussion about operations, culture, key areas of responsibility, view of first 90 days and straight forward comments on what they're looking for. In depth behavioral interview spanning many operational situations. Interviewers took detailed notes (some were heads down on laptop during interview), highly professional organization, showing interest in responses . Focus is on Amazon Leadership Principles.
