There really was no interview, the hardest part was getting the application submitted and a response. It was like dropping it into a black hole, when I finally got a response it took two weeks for a background check. Then I showed up to orientation, it was at the warehouse, and not clear at all where we were supposed to go. The orientation was simple once we found the office, tucked away in a back corner on the other side of the warehouse. If someone had asked for a secret pass word I would not have been surprised. There was a video about how great it is to work there, we picked our shifts and waited for a start date. The hardest part about Amazon is that you can get fired at any time for anything completely out of your control. I have never had so much job insecurity in my life.
