Applied online. Amazon responded within 48 hours. Clear concise info from the company. Instructions by email to set up an interview on one a dates provided. Handling large amounts of applicants but very very organized. Made you feel welcome and as if they cared for each person.

Applied once to a contractor. Contractor never got back in touch. Keep in mind contractor pay is less than an actual amazon associate.

As soon as i got to the interview i noticed there were many people. It was an instant hire of sorts. Mass hiring of roughly 200+ people to operate the warehouse (BFI 5, kent wa, sort center). Drug test and info session about the job.
