Online test and PI also did a internal ijp since I was internal hire and hence did not have multiple rounds so it was not a very difficult processs and I really enjoyed it
The process was a one day interview with three different managers. They'll ask situational questions, as well as put you in hypothetical examples of case-types they've experienced with their customers and see how you would handle the process.
