Amazon Technical Project/Program Manager interview questions

The process was extremely long, more than one month, extremely technical for a management position. 3 rounds of interviews, the third one was a full day of interviews, asking the same questions going around their 14 principles. Feedback provided didn't match the interview, looked like a standard reply, and after asking for clarification, there was no reply from the HR Department. Looks like they don't always apply the 14 principles they say are so important to their company culture.
