Citi Commodities Senior Programming Developer interview questions

Applied online to open position in commodities. I got call for telephonic interview with developer in same team. After clearing this there was F2F next day. It was friendly and good. Got 2 rounds next day, one with Developer in same team and finally with hiring manager. First 3 rounds with developers were friendly and technically good. 4th round with hiring manager, he was expecting answers in his own words which you cannot answer. Finally 5th round with hiring manager's boss which was good. After all these 5 rounds and 3 visits to their office, hiring manager didn't show the professionalism to update the outcome. I sent 3 mails asking for updates, that person didn't care to spend 2 minutes to reply. This shows that culture is very arrogant. I see openings with similar skills with different fancy role name for past 6 months. I really doubt they are going to fill the positions. Very unprofessional in their dealings with candidates.
