After a phone interview with HR, I was invited to a super day for the Business Analyst Program. It was more of an advisory role within structured finance. This particular office didn't really have the rotational aspect that the New York office had. Actually, when I spoke to them about the job description I was given, they didn't seem too sure about what I had read on the E&Y website about the BAP Program.
The super day interview consisted of interviews with 3 managers and 1 director (equivalent to a partner). The interview was all fit and behavioral, no technical questions. A lot of questions were centered around leadership and managing subordinates. It almost felt like I was being asked the same question over and over. It is pretty difficult to come up with different examples when this happens, and I'm not sure if that hurt me or not.
