Applied online and received an invitation for a recorded assessment a month later. Assessment was very straight forward and had games. I had to reach out to the recruiter after my assessment because I didn’t get a response for a week. Got on a call with the recruiter to align on expectations and got 3 virtual interviews after. The first was with a manager. Questions were not formal and it seemed like a conversation to get to know me. I got asked one technical question which was very basic for anyone with ServiceNow experience. Second interview was with a Senior Manager, also informal. Asked about my current projects and how I’ve designed Service HR solutions in the past. Final interview was with a partner who started the practice and also informal. He just asked why I was leaving my current employer and why EY was a great place to be. He was also transparent with explaining the challenges of the practice. Process started March 9th, accepted my offer April 15th, and started May 24th.
