Initial screening of CV, then had an interview in which they grilled the candidates on their experience, education etc. some of the candidate got the case study as well. Need to have depth knowledge of your work.

Interview
I applied online, with the whole process taking around 7 weeks to complete. I was contacted on the interview 4 weeks after I applied. The interviewer was a manager in the department I was applying into and the interview itself was done in a more relaxed setting as compared to other companies. Overall, it was a friendly and enjoyable interview.
