Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
First round: tests of verbal and numerical thinking, and English test. English test was very easy, the other tests were difficult as usual (not so much time for answering, especially in the case of verbal thinking).
Second round: interview with HR and Manager, focusing purely on past experience, skills and examples, no behavioral questions. The second interview was a case study with senior members. They are watching the way you are thinking, they lead the interview and see how you tackle challenges. I found it difficult, and didn't have good feeling from the interview at all, but I passed.
Third round: interview with two senior members again, another case study in a different field (but the point was still the same, so this one was much easier).
The interviews are fairly pleasant, no stress, the interviewers are amiable, honest in their answers if you are asking something regarding the job, company, lifestyle, etc.
