Interview
1. Was asked to explain my previous relevant work experience, based on that I was questioned further on the challenges faced and solutions steps I took.
2. The interview process also focused on understanding people management and conflict resolution skills, since I applied as a fresh graduate, this was focused on my role in team management.
3. For certain positions, its known to have case-study based interviews.
