I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin in Sep 2007
Interview
Interviewed with an HR rep over the phone first and then came in for the face to face. I interviewed with the VP, Director, and two potential co-workers. Everything went okay until I asked about their retention rate and why the position was open. It turned out they had been unable to keep anyone in business development for over a year. When I asked the potential co-worker about this, he told me they had all left for either more money or because one of the VP's was very difficult to work with. I still expected to hear back but after 3 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called back to status the position. I was told that they were in middle of another re-organization and that filling the position was no longer a priority. They seemed like a very disorganized company.
